The Quick and The Dead is an international ensemble of actors led by Alison Hodge. Company members include: Alexia Kokkali, Daniela Garcia Casilda, Göze Saner, Tatiana Bre with associates Chiara D’Anna, Janice Barton and Luis Mudarra Gallo.

Each performance project has resulted from new phases of the ensemble’s training. Two recent projects:
The House of Bernarda Alba
An adaptation of Lorca’s play, performed at the Studio Theatre, Royal Holloway, London, and The Centre for Theatre Practices, Gardzienice, Poland. Filmed for Arts Archives by Peter Hulton.

You Looking At Me
A multi-media installation inspired by the work of Portuguese artist, Paula Rego, who has been called ‘the best painter of female experience alive’. The work is funded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the John Hodgson Theatre Research Trust and will be on tour in the UK in 2014/15.
